Every run has a price. Here it is.
Annual plans with a pool of credits. Spend them across landing pages, ads, emails and audience research. A page test is 10 credits, or $50 on Standard, and fields 50 agents. No quote. No call to find out the price.
Sealed before launch. Graded by the customer, never by us.
Against review rounds that take weeks.
Annual plans. Spend the credits whenever you like.

Credit pack $1,000 for 200 credits
Top up mid-year without changing plan. Packs never expire while you are subscribed, so a heavy quarter does not turn into a renegotiation. Available on every plan.
What a year looks like on each plan.
Three realistic mixes. None is a ceiling. Every number below counts runs, not pages, because most pages are tested more than once.

|---|---|---|---|
| Landing page runs | 7 | 12 | 28 |

Put your own month in. We will do the year.
Enter a normal month. We work out the year and size the plan. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no form at the end.
Most rows ask for a month, because that is the number people actually know. An annual box tends to get a monthly answer. Audience Discovery is asked per year, since it follows planning cycles. Every row shows its own yearly total, so nothing is multiplied out of sight.
A run is not one opinion. Compare the depth, then the price.
Cost per run only means something if the runs are the same shape. Every WhyUser run fields a full committee, many agents per seat, across three moods. It reports the spread, not an average.
50 to 300 agents
Per run, not per plan. A page test fields 50. Ad and email runs field 300. One agent per seat is a cast reading lines. Thirty or more per seat is a distribution.
Three behavioural states
Every role runs rushed, sceptical and ideal. Your reviewers read like ideal users. Most of your traffic does not. That gap is where the silent veto lives.
The handoffs, not just the seats
We score the seven handoffs between five roles. That catches the case where every role approves and the deal still dies. An average hides it.
Replayable, not re-rolled
Same fingerprints, same buyers. Re-run after a fix and the change is yours, not the model drifting. A cheap run you cannot reproduce cannot measure anything.
Not gated behind the top tier.
The things that make a simulation trustworthy are the product. Charging extra for them would mean selling a worse instrument to smaller teams. Agent counts, moods and accuracy are the same on every plan. Plans differ in how much you can run, never in how good the answer is.
Ground Reality
Your committee, built from your site, your reviews, community threads and your calls. Not invented personas.
Determinism
Same fingerprints, same buyers. A run is replayed, not re-rolled, so a fix is a fix.
Evidence Ledger
Every claim is sealed before the outcome exists, then graded HIT or MISS by you. Misses stay in the count.
Unlimited seats
Findings are meant to be forwarded to Content, Brand and Sales. Per-seat pricing would tax the exact behaviour the product exists to create.
The design partner programme is still open.
Design partners pay nothing. We ask for thirty minutes a week to steer the product. You keep everything the runs produce.
The questions procurement asks.
01What exactly is a credit?
The unit every run is priced in. A landing page or content page test is 10 credits and fields 50 agents. An ad simulation is 30 credits per creative at 300 agents. An email simulation is 10 credits per subject, body and link combination, also at 300. Audience Discovery is 50 credits. Community and Competitor Intelligence is 10 credits, twice a month on Standard and four times on Scale and Enterprise, across up to 5 competitors on every plan. Nothing else costs credits. Seats, reports, exports and re-reading an old run are free.
02Do credits expire, or do I have to spread them evenly?
Spend them whenever you like inside your term. If your year is one big Q3 launch and three quiet quarters, that is fine. There is no monthly cap. Credit packs you buy on top never expire while you are subscribed.
03Why is there no monthly plan?
Annual only, today. The product builds your buyers from your own evidence and sharpens across campaign cycles. The graded record we sell on needs more than one cycle to mean anything. A one month trial would show you a version that has not yet learned your market. If a year is too big a first step, the design partner programme is free.
04What happens when I run out of credits?
Nothing auto-charges. Nothing breaks. You just cannot start a new run until you top up. Add a pack at $1,000 for 200 credits, or move up a plan and we credit what you have already paid. We flag it at 80%, not at zero.
05Does a failed or useless run still cost credits?
A run that errors is not charged. A run that completes and tells you something you did not want to hear is charged, because that is the product working. If a completed run is genuinely unusable, say a page did not load or the wrong asset went in, tell us and we return the credits.
06Do we pay per seat?
No. Seats are unlimited on every plan. The point of a sourced finding is that you can forward it to Content, Brand, Product Marketing and Sales without it becoming a personal critique. Charging per seat would tax the exact thing the product exists to create.
07How does this compare to a research panel?
A panel study usually costs $2,000 to $8,000 and takes 12 hours to several weeks. A WhyUser page run costs $40 to $50 and takes about thirty minutes. They are not substitutes. A panel gives you real humans, which ours are not. We model the committee handoff, which a panel cannot. The full comparison includes where we are the wrong choice.
08What does procurement need from us?
A DPA and our security docs are both readable before you send us a URL, not after signature. Enterprise adds SSO, a custom DPA and support through your security review. If your reviewer wants the data-flow diagram first, it is on the architecture page.
Run it on a campaign you already know the ending to.
Do not tell us which version won. We will predict the ranking. You check it against your own data. If we are wrong, you have lost an afternoon.
