This Privacy Policy does not apply to the "Customer Data" that we process on behalf of our customers (our "Design Partners" or "Customers") through our B2B SaaS platform (the "Service"). "Customer Data" includes the sensitive go-to-market materials, sales call transcripts, CRM data, and other information that our Customers upload to our Service for simulation and analysis.

Our collection, use, and processing of Customer Data is governed by the Beta User Agreement or other master agreement between us and our Customer. If you are an individual whose data has been submitted to our Service by a WhyUser Customer (such as an employee or customer of that Customer), you should contact that Customer directly with any privacy-related questions.
